I was looking across the internet for a simple printable garden log book page and couldn’t find one, so I decided to make my own!
This is a printable garden record book page to be kept in a three ring binder or folder. Included are fields for:
- Planting and Seeding Dates
- Seed Suppliers
- Yields
- Flavor
- Notes for Dust Applications, Canning, etc.
I hope you find this useful, and if enough interest is shown I will improve it a bit.
The file is in PDF format. Enjoy this garden record keeping book!
I also made a diagram slash table of contents page for your book, so each season you can keep track of what you planted and where.

Thanks for the garden log book page.
I would add the date the seeds are planted indoors or in the greenhouse and the date when transplanted.
For my part I use an A4 notebook and I stapled the empty packet of seeds and I write my dates and comments next to them.

For the garden diagram, I use an Excel spreadsheet. I print on for each year to record what I planted and where and I use another one to record 3-4 years of crops for the rotation. Easy and simple.
In the future I would like to create an interactive garden map (Excel + hyperlinks) to link every parcel to the garden log.
Have a good day.
